With fairing and tank we got from Jason Craze we are trying to get all the brackets figured out before the wheels get on it. Anybody got a wind tunnel?

Knucklehead and 4-Speed installed

We got the S&S KN93 Knucklehead Motor and Revtech 4-speed in our custom-made Chassis Design frame. It the first step of many, but we are making headway.

We are getting all of our ducks in a row and have amassed quite a a pile of parts for this week's build up of the Sailor Jerry Rum Runner Racer Powered By S&S bike. We will be blogging daily, if not hourly on the progression later this week when Chris at LA Speed Shop and my Duties at Street Chopper are winding down.

On the Pipe

I have known Bill and McGoo for around 20 years now and to say these guys are thee shit is a complete understatement. 

Since Forming Biltwell the guys have been great supporters of what I have done as a biker and editor, as well as being all over the Rum Runner Racing program. Anytime we need something, BAM! its there the next day wether its parts, support, or a few drankin' buddies.

This week we needed an exhaust and guess what we got? a Killer DIY kit...

Bodywork...

We got this bodywork from our friend Jason Craze and we are going to cut it up and repaint it to suit the Rum Runner's needs

Rum Runner Racing Powered by S&S Cycle KN93 Engine

The Fine folks at S&S Cycle were kind enough to sponsor the Rum Runner Race team with one of it's KN93 Knucklehead engines. The motor is a stout 96 cubic inches and comes ready to run with a Super E carb. we are going to haul some ass on the salt with this thing.
